Greg MARTIN

Born in 1956, passed away on May 21, 2013.
After a stint at the Hanna-Barbera studio, Greg Martin did his first work for the video game industry in the early 80's with a handful of Commodore VIC-20 games, the computer that preceded the Commodore 64.
He illustrated a dozen VIC-20 games between 1981 and 1982 and did not return to video games until 1990, with a more recognizable style.
The following is only a partial list of his work in the field of video games. There are several problems with Martin: in addition to the fact that he can no longer answer questions from researchers, some of his originals were lost in 1995 in a flood. Although many of his illustrations are owned by collectors willing to share photos and information, this list is based in part on Martin's memories and those to whom he has shared them. Human memory is not infallible, so it is not impossible that an error or two may have crept into this list. In case of doubt, I have chosen to put the works concerned in the "to be confirmed" category.
