Chances are Seijin is a pen name used by Haruhito TOMOBE. Seijin is presumably credited as Tomobe Seijin in Ninja Master’s. Haruhito TOMOBE is credited as illustrator in Jikuu Tantei DD: Maboroshi no Lorelei, one of whose illustrations is signed “Seijin”.
