Toshimi Sato presumably did a lot of illustrations for Data East from the late 80s to the mid 90s. According to the person in charge of designing the layout for the Edward Randy Cliff Hanger's flyer, it wasn't made by an in-house artist but by someone chosen by Data East's marketing department. Unfortunately, this same person couldn't remember whether the artist in charge of this flyer illustration was actually Sato.
