.Note: Greg WINTERS did the prelim sketches for both version. The US version is an evolution of the South American version. MacLeod mentions in an interview with OVGA that his illustration was later retouched by someone else for what became the US version, even though his signature was not removed. It was presumably retouched by Greg Winters.
